岗位职责
1、负责产品PCB Layout设计，包括器件布局、布线、叠层规划、规则设置、改版及优化。
2、独立完成多层板、功率板及数模混合板的PCB全流程设计和生产文件输出。
3、根据结构、散热、EMC及工艺要求，完成MOS、IGBT、功率模块等大功率器件的布局布线优化。
4、配合研发、测试及生产团队完成样板焊接、调试、问题分析及量产改进。
5、结合信号完整性、电源完整性、热设计及EMC要求持续优化PCB Layout。
任职要求
1、大专及以上学历，电子、电气、自动化等相关专业，5年以上PCB Layout经验。
2、熟练使用Altium Designer，能够独立完成PCB Layout全流程设计。
3、具备电机控制、电机驱动及大功率产品PCB Layout经验。
4、熟悉PCB制造工艺、阻抗控制、SMT、波峰焊及安规设计要求。
5、具备电路板焊接、返修及基础调试经验，能够定位设计和生产问题。
6、具有3D打印机、工控设备、运动控制或伺服电机驱动产品PCB Layout经验者优先。
