4、熟练使用SpringBoot、SpringCloud、MyBatis等框架，熟悉数据库、Redis、MQ等相关操作，能独立完成功能集成与业务功能开发；
5、掌握缓存、消息队列等中间件技术以及分布式系统相关理论，熟悉云原生、领域驱动设计等前沿理念，并具备在项目中落地实践的能力；
6、具备线上问题排查经验，能够快速定位并解决线上故障，包括但不限于应用性能瓶颈、数据库死锁、Redis连接超时、内存泄漏及分布式系统协调问题；
7、具备良好的技术方案文档编写能力，能独立输出架构设计、接口规范等文档；
8、优秀的架构设计思维与系统性思考能力；
9、出色的跨团队沟通协调能力；
10、强烈的责任心、目标感与执行力；
