【工作内容】
1、负责电商核心业务系统后端代码编写，保障高并发场景下的系统稳定性与响应速度；
2、参与需求分析与技术方案设计，完成数据库建模及接口开发，确保功能逻辑准确无误；
3、配合前端及测试团队进行联调测试，快速定位并修复生产环境中的技术缺陷与性能瓶颈；
4、持续优化现有系统架构，提升代码复用率与执行效率，推动技术债务的清理与重构工作。

【任职要求】
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，具备3年以上Java开发经验，熟悉主流分布式架构；
2、精通Spring Boot、MyBatis等框架，熟练掌握MySQL、Redis、MQ等中间件原理与应用；
3、具备良好的编码规范与文档习惯，拥有电商领域高并发、高可用项目实战经验者优先；
4、抗压能力强，适应敏捷开发节奏，对新技术保持敏感，具备良好的团队协作与沟通能力。
