Role
This is a hands on role working across client engagements. You will understclient problems, contribute to the
architecture, ship working systems. You will own real work, work directly with clients, be expected to figure
things out move.
Requirements
• Frontend backend development experience including frameworks such as React Vue ffrontend, Node.js,
Flask, Django, FastAPI fbackend. Comfortable with REST APIs basic databases.
• Python proficiency in scripting, data handling, building simple automations.
• Hands on experience with LLMs AI APIs. Able to call the OpenAI, Anthropic, Gemini API, write effective
prompts, build at least one chatbot, agent, AI powered workflow.
• System testing experience including writing test cases, API testing, basic QA workflows.
• Ability to engage with clients, understtheir workflows, identify where AI can real leverage.
• Ability to own workstreams end to end from prompt design tool integration through testing handoff.
• Active AI user who regularly uses AI tools to get work done including coding, writing, research, problem
solving.
• Clear communicatwho can explain technical work in plain language, ask good questions, flag blockers
early.
• Self driven, takes ownership, moves without being told twice, pushes through ambiguity.
• Currently enrolled in recently graduated from a CS, Engineering, related program, has equivalent self
taught background with a portfolio of shipped projects.
• Proficient with version control using Git GitHub including branching, commits, pull requests.
• Able to read navigate unfamiliar codebases, trace logic, make targeted changes without breaking things.
• Strong time management. Able to handle multiple assignments across concurrent engagements.
• Comfortable with remote, async collaboration. Communicates proactively documents work clearly
