任职要求
1. 大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业，具备扎实的编程与数据结构基础。
2. 精通Java后端开发，熟练使用Spring Boot、MyBatis等框架，同时掌握至少一种前端技术（如Vue/React/HTML5），能独立完成全栈开发任务。
3. 熟悉MySQL、Redis的设计与性能优化，了解分布式系统、微服务架构的核心原理。
4. 具备良好的问题分析与调试能力，能独立解决全链路技术问题。
5. 有产业互联网、SaaS平台或复杂业务系统全栈开发经验者优先。
