2.熟练掌握界面控件的使用和WCF/WPF开发，精通C#语言，精通XAML，具有.NET客户端开发经验；熟练JSON/XML数据处理处理和TCP编程；
3.工作仔细踏实，具备很强的工作主动性和团队合作的意识；
4.具备良好的沟通能力，乐于分享，具有较强的学习和解决问题能力；
5.具备需求分析和系统设计能力，以及较强的逻辑分析和独立解决问题能力；
6.熟悉多层结构和性能调优。较强的解决问题能力和良好的编程习惯；有严谨的软件品质求精心态，熟悉单元测试撰写；
7.具有SQLServer/Oracle/MySQL（其中之一）数据库设计和开发的经验；具备较强的SQL编写及性能优化能力；
