3.能独立完成Java开发框架的设计和搭建工作；
4.熟悉tomcat服务器和apacheweb服务器；
5.具有数据库设计能力，熟悉oracle和SQLServer的使用和开发，熟悉基于数据库应用开发；
6.具备较强的学历能力和解决问题能力，有较强的协调、沟通能力和团队精神。
