岗位职责：
1.负责公司平台及相关模块系统的设计、优化以及研发工作，保证系统的高性能和高可用性；
2.参与基于现有产品的架构设计与改造，实现产品组件化，微服务组件化开发；
3.参与项目开发，攻关疑难问题；
4.完成运维支持保障工作；
5.帮助内外部客户分析和理解业务需求，设计和转化需求。
岗位要求：
1、5-10年以上 JAVA WEB开发经验，精通springboot、Spring Cloud等微服务架构；
2、编程基本功扎实、深入理解面向对象、设计模式，熟悉JVM原理和调优有较强的学习能力；
3、掌握关系型数据库、非关系型数据库和分析型数据库mysql、Oracle、reids、mongodb、 es、tidb等，具备sql性能调优能力；
4、熟悉缓存技术等相关产品，如reids、memcached等；
5、熟练使用消息队列如kafka、RocketMQ等产品；
6、熟悉CI/CD流程以及和相关平台、容器化等相关技术；
7、有大型分布式、高并发、高负载、高可用性系统设计和稳定性经验优先；
8、精准把握需求，对领域驱动设计有较深理解，有从0到1设计框架或模块重构的实际经验；
9、有较强的自我驱动能力，学习能力强，执行力好，善于沟通协作，能够深刻影响其他人，能够承担工作压力。

1、参与设计过SAAS系统、数据中台、业务中台、数据处理等经验；
2、有过开源贡献、开源作品等优先。
