4. 建立敏捷验证流程。领导并持续改进计划，以提高测试效率、工具性能和整体产品质量。
5. 协调并规划芯片的bring up 并对后续量产support

岗位要求
1. 计算机, 电子电气工程或相关领域的学士、硕士学位，具备10 年以上嵌入式软件验证经验。
3. 具备为复杂系统开发自动化测试框架的实践经验。
4. 具备手机，多媒体或AI芯片硅前和硅后验证的实践量产经验。
5. 具备硅前验证环境（FPGA/EMU）相关经验。
6. 熟悉Arm或RISC-V等架构（Arm Cortex-A/M或RISC-V）。
7. 熟悉AP常用硬件IP，如MIPI CSI, DSI, PCIe, USB, UFS, HDMI, DP, Ethernet等
8. 在Linux、RTOS、Bootloader和Bare matel方面拥有扎实的经验。
