1. 负责公司官网站内搜索系统搭建与深度优化，基于Elasticsearch实现产品关键词精准检索、匹配排序，提升用户产品搜索精准度与体验。
2. 熟练运用Elasticsearch进行技术端开发、配置与调优，承担搜索相关代码编写、规则配置、检索逻辑落地。
3. 与生物专业业务同事深度配合，对接用户搜索意图、产品业务属性，将业务搜索诉求转化为技术优化方案，实现搜索结果精准匹配。
4. 深耕电商网站站内搜索场景，持续排查搜索匹配误差、检索不准等问题，迭代优化搜索算法与匹配规则。
5. 协同内部IT团队，维护搜索系统稳定运行，持续优化搜索效率、精准度与用户检索体验。
任职要求
1. 具备基础编程开发能力，无需高阶研发水平，能独立做搜索相关技术开发与代码落地即可。
2. 熟练使用Elasticsearch，有实际项目落地及调优经验，熟悉ES检索、分词、排序、匹配等常用优化手段。
3. 有电子商务/企业官网站内搜索专项实战经验，专门做过电商网站搜索优化相关工作。
4. 具备良好业务理解与协作能力，能对接业务侧搜索需求，拆解并落地技术优化方案。
5. 专注搜索场景优化，对电商用户搜索习惯、关键词匹配逻辑有实操经验优先。
