一、岗位职责：

1.负责公司钢结构产品（立柱、牛腿、平台框架、钢槽）、塑料产品（PP/PVC塑料槽、PP/PVC风管等塑料制品）以及废水/废气环保设备等产品的市场推广与销售工作，完成销售目标.
2.主动开拓潜在客户，深入了解客户工艺需求，联合技术部门为客户提供定制化的产品选型与配套解决方案。
3..负责环保设备及非标设备类项目的全流程销售跟进，包括客户洽谈、现场勘测配合、报价、合同谈判、招投标文件的准备与提交。
4.协调内部生产、技术、安装部门，确保非标产品（如钢结构产品、塑料产品等）的尺寸、材质、防腐等要求准确落地；协助处理产品交付、安装指导及售后问题，提升客户满意度。
5.建立并维护良好的客户关系，定期回访老客户，挖掘重复采购及升级改造需求，同时收集市场对于废水/废气处理设备配套结构件的反馈信息。

二、任职要求：
大专及以上学历，机械、环保、化工、市场营销等相关专业优先；
熟悉非标钢结构、塑料制品、环保设备行业，有相关客户资源者优先；
能看懂简单的CAD图纸，了解钢槽、平台框架或塑料槽的常见应用场景；
具备良好的商务谈判能力和抗压能力，能适应出差。
