4. 数字化学习产品运营：主导企业学习平台运营，开发场景化微课/短视频课程，运用碎片化+社群化手段提升学习活跃度与完课率。
5. 学习制度与机制建设：修订培训管理制度、学分机制、内训师管理办法，推动制度从"发布"到"习惯"的落地。
6. 培训项目统筹与效果转化：统筹新员工集训、管理梯队、专业技能训战等项目全周期运营，推动学习成果向行为改变与绩效提升转化。

任职要求
1. 本科及以上，人力资源/工商管理/教育学等相关专业，5年以上培训或人才发展经验，2年以上人才项目主导经验。
2. 制造业背景优先，熟悉生产运营、质量管理、设备管理等场景下的技能人才培养逻辑。
3. 优秀的跨部门协调、资源整合与项目推动能力，能推动培训制度与人才发展机制从落地。
