2. 负责电梯相关产品的硬件设计研发，包括方案设计、原理图绘制和关键元件选型
3. 负责不断改进产品硬件开发流程，提升硬件开发效率
4. 对新产品整体硬件框架设计,硬件方案成本进行把控，对客户需求进行评审及可行性评估
5. 与欧洲总部硬件工程师一起对硬件方案进行讨论与评审，协商，协作解决技术分歧，从而达成一致
6. 项目开发过程中，对项目内工作进行合理调配，以配合项目能够按时完成；对项目内元器件选择进行审核，保证项目设计成本更加合理
7. 项目开发过程中，作为系统工程师与项目经理一起负责ODM项目按期按质按成本交付

岗位要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，通信、电子、计算机及相关专业
2. 精通数字和模拟电路设计，有丰富的电路分析和调试经验，10年以上手机,平板电脑，4G网关及类似产品实际项目开发经验
3. 具有硬件实际项目开发的经验，在射频、基带、PCB、生产、器件选型等方面拥有丰富的经验
4. 熟悉降压、升压、LDO等电源原理及实际项目开发经验
5. 熟悉硬件产品开发流程，熟悉各类常用通讯接口及协议，Ethernet、SPI、I2C、USB、RS232、RS485、CAN
6. 熟悉硬件产品相关测试及认证，如CE/FCC/GCF/PTCRB/SAR认证
7. 能够运用先进的电子工程方法和工具完成高要求的任务
8. 具备良好的技术、产品、项目文档撰写能力，善于总结、提炼问题，不断优化解决方案
9. 能够在模棱两可的环境中始终如一地及时做出决策，并在系统分析和果断之间取得平衡
10. 英文的口头交流和书面表达流利
11. 积极主动，认真负责，具有开创和引领精神
12. 具有产品系统工程师经验或者硬件团队管理经验优先考虑
13. 具有电梯物联网产品开发经验的优先考虑
