岗位职责：
1.负责EHS、CSR、安全标准化二级等管理体系的建立、推进及流程优化；
2.负责根据客户要求制定专案区域安保管理制度、流程、记录，并推动全厂落实执行；
3.负责EHS及CSR管理评审,制定管理评审计划和管理评审资料的汇总，完成管理评审报告；
4.负责EHS及CSR内部审核计划的制定和内部审核实施，审核问题点的汇总、追踪、验证，完成内审报告；
5.负责认证申请资料的提交，主导第三方审核&不符合改善跟踪等；
6.年度目标及管理方案设定及目标达成情况统计相关工作开展；
7.组织环境因素、危险源等识别、评价，并制定控制措施；
8.法律法规搜集、更新、评价及培训的实施，必要时转换成公司内部制度；
9.政府部门例行检查的对应（如安监、消防、环保部门等）；
10.年度作业场所危害因素检测委外监测，年度职业病危害申报；
11.完成上级领导交办的工作任务。
任职资格：
1.环境工程、安全工程等相关专业，本科及以上学历；
2.具备大型制造业EHS相关工作经验；
3.具备独立建立体系，对接客户的经验，同时推动多个专案运行的能力；
4.熟悉ISO14001、ISO45001、二级安全标准化体系要求，熟知RBA与CSR管控要求；
5.熟悉国家及地方环保、安全、职业健康及消防等相关法律法规；
6.持ISO4001、ISO45001、等内审员证书，消防中控室中级证书；
7.有较强的跨部门沟通协作，团队组建能力。
