1. 协助校园招聘的全程组织与执行，包括但不限于：职位发布、招聘海报定制、校园宣传渠道对接等。
2. 负责应聘简历的初步筛选、分类、录入与沟通，建立并维护候选人信息库。
3. 协助进行电话面试邀约、候选人接待、笔试/面试现场的协调与安排。
4. 参与校招数据的统计与整理，协助制作招聘汇总表。
5. 完成部门交办的其他人力资源辅助性工作。
【任职要求】
1. 在校本科生或研究生，人力资源管理、工商管理、心理学、社会学等相关专业优先。
2. 每周能保证出勤3-5天，能连续实习3个月以上者优先。
3. 具备良好的沟通表达能力、学习能力及服务意识，做事认真细致，有责任心。
4. 能熟练使用Office办公软件（Word, Excel, PowerPoint）。
