岗位职责：
1．负责新进场工人三级安全教育及培训，安全三宝每日执行落实情况；
2．负责现场大型机械（塔吊、施工电梯）安拆的网上申报及安全管理（安排相关单位维保、司机指挥的安全培训、使用、现场的协调）；
3．负责安全资料的填报、收集、整理及报验，对质监站、监理、第三方的整改通知单及时监督各分包单位落实整改回复；
4．负责现场危大工程的管理、现场危险源的识别，施工大门口七牌二图、危险源公示牌、农民工欠薪告知牌等安排布置；
5．负责施工现场的每日安全检查、发现安全隐患，及时开具整改通知单，并对整改后情况进行跟踪复查；
6．负责现场扬尘监控、现场实名制考勤系统、周边监控设施的管理；
7．负责检查项目部生活办公区、门卫、食堂、浴室等区域的卫生保洁、消杀、安全管理；
8．负责施工现场特种作业人员管理，做好对高空作业、动火作业、密闭空间等特殊场所的准入、旁站监督；
9．负责现场内外脚手架搭设的验收管理，基坑临边、洞口、楼梯口、屋面檐口区作业人员的安全管理；
10．负责安全标识、设施等管理和使用，做好对危险品仓库的管理。
11．负责现场安全一般事故的处理并上报，协助公司做好工人工商理赔处理工作，如遇特殊险情，启动应急预案，并及时上报。
12．组织做好现场防台防汛、火灾消防的应急演练工作。
13．监督并检查劳务分包单位、其他专业分包单位安全员、劳务员的日常工作，并对其进行评定，并采取奖罚措施。
14．另完成领导交办的其他工作。
任职资格：
1．大专及以上学历，土木工程/建筑学等相关专业；
2．有建筑工程施工安全C证，如有二建、注册安全工程师优先考虑；
3．从事上海地区大型深基坑商办地产项目安全员岗位实操经验，有十年以上本岗位履历，年龄40周岁以上，熟悉建筑工程施工现场安全管理规范；
4．良好的沟通能力和团队合作意识，具备良好的口头及书面表达能力；
5．熟练掌握办公软件，如Word、Excel等。
薪资：12-14W/年，具体面议。
