职责描述：
1.负责建立、梳理、优化IT制度及相关标准，对现有IT运营管理体系提出改进方案；
2.公司IT基础设施（数据中心、服务器、网络、安全等）日常运营管理，确保安全性与可用性；
3.配合乙方开发和改进ERP业务系统，组织业务部门进行需求讨论，对可行性需求进行分析并提出建议
5.监督项目进展情況，督促相应的项目负责人抓紧项目进行，及时汇总并报告项目进展情况
6.应对工程业务全流程、全链路业务逻辑，提出建设性可落地的优化方案，提升ERP工作效率；
7.结合财务数据推动系统可视化进程、确保数据可视化的实现；
任职要求：
1、计算机、信息技术、软件工程等IT管理类相关专业，大专以上学历；
2、有3年以上中型企业IT管理工作经验；
3、具有良好的网络基础知识，会布有线无线网络，dell服务器、深信服，华为交换机，电脑维修，熟悉mysql、java、python，路由器配置维护工作，熟悉病毒防护、漏洞防护、邮件防护等安全技术；
4、熟悉建筑工程领域相关知识以及业务逻辑；
5、熟悉操作系统的安装和运维(Windows / Linux）；
6、具有良好的学习能力、沟通能力和执行能力
