4.熟悉微服务架构，熟练掌握Spring Boot 2.x、Spring Cloud Alibaba等微服务框架并具备实际项目经验;
5.熟悉MySQL数据库设计与性能调优(如索引优化、读写分离、分库分表)，熟练使用Redis，了解MongoDB等NoSQL数据库;
6.学习能力强，具备优秀的问题定位与分析解决能力，责任心强，具备良好的编程习惯与文档意识;
8.熟练掌握Linux常用命令，了解Docker、K8s等容器化部署原理与实际应用。
