负责机器人云端管理平台后端开发，实现远程监控、设备管理、OTA 升级、日志分析等服务，支撑 Demo 阶段远程运维和 A 轮后商业化交付。
岗位职责：
1、设计并开发机器人云端管理平台后端服务：设备注册、状态上报、远程指令下发、报警推送
2、实现 OTA 固件/模型远程升级服务，支持多版本管理与灰度发布
3、开发机器人任务日志与运行数据的采集、存储与查询接口，支持运营数据统计
4、设计 RESTful API，为前端管理界面（Web/App）和机器人端 SDK 提供标准接口
5、负责后端服务的部署与运维（Docker/K8s），保障服务稳定性与安全性
6、与产品经理、前端及机器人端工程师协作，完成系统集成联调
任职要求：
1、计算机/软件工程相关专业，本科及以上学历
2、3 年以上 Java 后端开发经验，有 IoT 设备管理平台或机器人云平台开发经历优先
3、有从 0 到 1 设计并交付后端系统的完整经历
技能要求：
1、精通 Java，熟悉 Spring Boot / Spring Cloud 微服务框架
2、熟悉 MySQL / PostgreSQL，掌握 Redis 缓存设计，了解 InfluxDB 或 TimescaleDB 时序数据库
3、熟悉消息队列（MQTT / Kafka / RabbitMQ），了解 MQTT 协议（IoT 设备通信标准）
4、具备 Docker 容器化部署经验，了解 Kubernetes 基础
5、熟悉 WebSocket 长连接实现（用于实时状态推送）
6、了解设备安全（TLS/mTLS/Token 鉴权）；有阿里云 IoT Platform / AWS IoT Core 使用经验加分
