Python 开发工程师
负责机器人软件栈中的 Python 层开发，涵盖 ROS2 上层节点、数据采集与处理 Pipeline、仿真脚本及工具链，是研发效率的重要支撑。
岗位职责：
1、开发和维护 ROS2 上层应用节点（任务调度、状态机、人机交互接口），与嵌入式/运动控制层对接
2、搭建机器人数据采集与处理 Pipeline：Teleoperation 数据录制（rosbag2）、清洗、格式转换、上传至训练平台
3、开发仿真环境辅助工具：场景随机化脚本、数据增强工具、评估脚本（基于 Isaac Sim/Gazebo）
4、开发内部工具与脚本：硬件标定工具、日志分析工具、性能 Benchmark 脚本
5、维护 Python 包和内部 SDK，制定代码规范和 CI/CD 流程（GitHub Actions）
6、与具身智能工程师协作，完成感知→规划→执行闭环的 Python 层集成联调
任职要求：
1、计算机/自动化/人工智能相关专业，本科及以上学历
2、3 年以上 Python 工程开发经验，有机器人或 AI 系统开发背景
3、有 ROS/ROS2 实际项目经历，能独立开发功能包并完成联调
技能要求：
1、精通 Python（异步编程/多进程/类型注解），熟悉工程化规范（Poetry/pytest/mypy）
2、熟悉 ROS2 核心机制（Node/Topic/Service/Action/TF2），能独立开发 ROS2 Python 节点
3、熟悉数据处理库（NumPy/Pandas/OpenCV），能处理图像、点云、时序数据
4、熟悉 rosbag2 录制与回放，了解 MCAP 格式或 LeRobot dataset 格式加分
5、具备 Linux 系统操作能力，熟悉 Git 版本管理与代码 Review 流程
6、有 FastAPI/Flask 开发经验（用于机器人状态接口或内部管理后台）加分
