【岗位职责】
1.根据领导指示及公司质量方针，建立并完善来料检验标准、出货检验标准、抽样规范及操作流程。
2.统筹安排来料检验及出货检验工作，负责检验数据的审核与确认。
3.主导来料及出货检验环节的质量异常分析，推进整改措施的落地与验证，推动不良率持续下降。
4.负责检验团队的日常排班、工作分配、绩效评估及技能培训，确保团队人员具备必要的检验能力与质量意识。
5.推动团队标准化作业，建立内部工作纪律，持续提升检验效率与准确率。
6.建立并维护质量检验台账，定期输出IQC/OQC质量分析报告，为采购决策、生产改进及成本优化提供数据支撑。
【任职要求】
本科及以上学历，机械、电子、材料、质量管理等相关专业优先。
5年以上制造业质量检验或质量管理相关工作经验，2年以上检验团队管理经验。
能制定检验规范、抽样方案及判定标准，熟悉图纸尺寸检测方法及各类量检具的使用。
熟练运用8D、5Why、QC七大手法等质量分析工具，熟悉ISO9001质量管理体系要求。
原则性强，强执行力强，以结果为导向，确保标准落地与实际效果。
具备一线团队的实际管理经验，能有效组织、激励并约束团队成员。
能适应制造业快节奏、多任务并行的工作环境，具备敏锐的风险意识。
