岗位职责:
1. 负责项目管理系统的后端架构、数据库设计及业务逻辑实现（Django + DRF）;
2. 开发 RESTful API，并基于 Vue 3 + Element Plus 完成后台管理界面;

任职要求:
1. 计算机及相关专业，本科及以上学历，2年以上 Python Web 开发经验，
2. 精通 Django 及 Django REST Framework；熟练使用 MySQL，能设计合理表结构并做简单调优；
3. 熟悉 Redis 缓存、Python 类型注解、装饰器等基础特性；
4. 熟悉 Vue 3（Composition API）及 Vue Router/Pinia；
5. 能基于 Element Plus 或 Ant Design Vue 搭建后台页面，会使用 axios 调用 API；
6. 扎实的 HTML/CSS/JS 基础，了解 Vite 或 Webpack；
7. 能独立完成中小型系统开发，良好的 Git 协作习惯；
8. 具备业务理解能力，能将项目需求落地；
9. 良好的学习能力、团队协作能力、沟通能力和责任心。
