全面负责公司制造全成本核算、管控与优化，搭建完善的制造成本管理体系，精准核算产品成本，深挖降本增效空间，联动生产、采购、研发等部门落地成本管控，助力制造中心经营效益提升。
需要有制造业背景0-1搭建经验或1-2-3规范经验经历的人

核心工作职责
1、协助财务部门：生产成本核算体系搭建与优化，制定成本核算规则、标准成本，规范直接材料、人工、制造费用的归集与分摊，确保成本数据精准及时。
2、监控单位产品成本、物料损耗、制造费用率，定位成本异常问题并推动整改。
3、深入生产、采购、研发业务端，对接 BOM 管理、生产工单、物料领用、库存盘点、研发领料等环节，落地全流程成本管控。
4、主导成本精益管理，推动生产降本、辅料管控、库存周转优化，制定降本方案并跟踪落地效果。

任职要求
1、本科及以上学历，财务、会计相关专业，中级及以上会计师职称优先。
2、5 年以上生产制造业成本管理经验，精通制造业成本核算、成本分析与成本管控全流程。
3、熟悉生产制造业务流程、BOM 管理、ERP 成本模块操作，具备扎实的成本数据分析能力。
4、有半导体及周边行业成本管理经验者优先。
5、具备较强的业务沟通、问题推动能力，能深入业务一线落地成本管控，有团队管理经验
