岗位职责：
1.配合IT 团队实施与部署MES 系统工作，确保系统服务器、网络设备等硬件环境的搭建符合性能要求；
2.对 MES 系统的各个功能模块，如基础数据，制作模型，设备管理，胶水管理等模块，进行全面深入的测试，及时发现并记录系统缺陷与问题，协调开发团队进行修复与优化，确保系统上线前的稳定性与可靠性；
3.生产流程建模与优化，制定工艺管控模型，工艺路线模型等，对生产流程进行数字化建模与可视化呈现，清晰定义每个生产步骤的输入输出、工艺参数、设备资源需求以及质量控制要点；
4.分析并解决MES系统运行中出现的技术问题，提高生产效率；
5.根据生产需求，对MES系统进行功能扩展或优化，以满足业务发展的需要。
【任职要求】
计算机科学、信息技术或相关专业本科及以上学历，优秀的应届毕业生亦可考虑。
熟悉MES系统的工作原理及其在制造业中的应用，有相关项目经验者优先。
具备良好的问题分析与解决能力，能够独立处理系统故障。
拥有较强的学习能力和团队合作精神，能适应快节奏的工作环境。
具备良好的沟通技巧和服务意识，能够有效支持生产部门的需求。
对数据库管理有一定了解，熟悉SQL语言者优先。
