岗位职责：
1、作为客户（销售）端异常反馈的首要联系人，处理客户的质量咨询、反馈、投诉和审核，建立并维护良好的客户质量关系；
2、主导客户端质量异常的根本原因分析，组织跨部门（研发、生产、测试、工艺）团队完成8D报告、纠正与预防措施（CAPA），并按时高效地回复客户，确保问题闭环；
3、监控并分析客户端的失效率（DPPM）、退货率（RMA）等关键质量指标（KPI），定期向客户和内部管理层提供质量绩效报告，识别改进机会；、
4、参与新产品的导入（NPI）过程，从质量角度评审客户需求，确保新产品量产后的质量稳定性；协助客户完成新产品认证并提交成品FAI供客户（销售）审批；
5、主导应对客户的审核（含问卷调查），协调内部资源，制定审核准备计划，跟踪审核发现项的整改与验证；
6、参与客户质量协议及产品标准的评审，确保内部流程和能力能满足客户要求；向内部传达并解读客户的特定质量要求与标准；
7、基于客户反馈和内外部质量数据，发起并推动跨部门的持续改进项目（含PCN），以降低质量成本，提升客户满意度；

要求：
1、全日制本科及以上学历,光电子、通信工程、电子科学与技术、质量管理等相关专业。
2、3年以上光通信行业（有源光模块优先）质量工作经验，其中至少2年客户质量工程师（CQE）或PQE, SQE相关经验，熟悉并了解行业相关知识，协议和TRX产品基本要求。
3、出色的英语读、写能力（能够熟练撰写英文8D报告和进行邮件沟通），具备良好的口语能力者优先，能高效地与客户及内部团队协作。
4.熟悉光模块的制造工艺流程和关键质量控制点；
5.精通8D、5Why、鱼骨图等根本原因分析方法；熟练运用SPC、MSA、FMEA、控制计划等核心质量工具；
6.具备客户服务意识，结果导向和高度的责任心及担当。
