任职要求：
1、参与公司自主研发系统的全周期管理，包括需求调研、方案设计、编码、测试、推广、性能优化等;
2、管理和优化公司信息化系统，确保系统稳定性和高效性;
3、参与第三方软件产品的二次开发及维护工作，包括需求分析、定制开发、功能扩展、BUG修复等:
4、参与公司数字化转型项目，积极推动公司数字化转型进程;
5、参与公司数据库的管理和性能优化工作，确保数据安全和系统高效运行。
岗位要求:
1、本科及以上学历;
2、深入学习和理解数据库原理，具备扎实的数据库基础知识，掌握或应用过至少一种主流数据库，MySQL优先
3、至少掌握一种开发语言，具备PHP开发基础者优先；
4.具有良好的网络基础，如IP、HTTP、HTTPS等。:
5、具备软件操作、调试及部署能力，能独立完成简单需求修改。
6.具备良好的客户对接能力，善于倾听需求、精准表达，能妥善协调客户与开发团队的沟通分歧，进行需求梳理和任务书撰写。
7.具备文档编制与培训讲解能力，逻辑清晰、表达流畅，能编制易懂的操作
8.工作认真负责、积极主动，具备较强的执行力、问题解决能力和团队协作意识，能独立承担岗位职责。
