岗位职责：
1. 双技术栈开发：负责公司现有PHP项目的日常维护、功能迭代与性能优化，同时参与新项目的Java后端开发工作。
2. 技术迁移：参与公司技术栈从PHP向Java的迁移过程，负责部分模块的重构、代码转换及技术选型支持。
3. 系统架构：参与系统架构设计，解决高并发、大数据量下的性能瓶颈问题，确保系统稳定性和可扩展性。
4. 业务建模：深入工厂一线，将复杂的生产计划、库存扣减、物料追溯等业务场景转化为高可用的技术领域。
5. 团队协作：与团队紧密配合，完成需求分析、技术文档编写及上线部署。

任职要求：
1. 计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上后端开发经验；
2. 熟悉CI/CD 流程，熟悉ERP B端业务系统构建
3. 积极拥抱 AI 编程新范式，熟练使用 GitHub Copilot、通义灵码、Cursor、Trae 等 AI 工具辅助开发，并具备甄别与优化 AI 生成代码的能力；
4. 技术背景：3年以上Java开发经验，熟悉Spring Boot、MyBatis等Java生态技术，具备PHP开发经验，熟悉Laravel、ThinkPHP等主流框架；
5. 数据库能力：熟练掌握MySQL数据库，具备SQL优化、索引设计及分库分表经验；熟悉Redis等缓存技术。
6. 转型特质：具备良好的学习能力和适应能力，熟悉“双写”、“灰度切换”、“数据校验”等迁移策略。
7. 软技能：具备良好的沟通能力和团队协作精神，责任心强，能承受一定的工作压力。
