主导交易撮合、跨系统对账、清算结算、资产核算等复杂业务模块的方案设计与落地；
负责消息驱动架构（Kafka / RocketMQ）的设计与优化，解决幂等、顺序、死信、定时延迟等可靠性难题；
负责数据层架构：PostgreSQL 分区表设计、多数据源切换、SQL 深度调优；
主导与支付通道（银行网关 / 第三方支付）、调度平台、算力集群、OLAP 引擎等外部系统的集成方案设计与联调；
设计并落地分布式锁、限流、对账、补偿等机制，保障资金与资产数据的一致性；
制定编码规范与研发流程，主导代码评审，指导中初级开发，推动技术沉淀。
任职要求
8 年以上 Java 后端开发经验，其中 3 年以上复杂业务系统或微服务项目经验，Java 17 熟练；
深入理解 Spring Boot / Spring Cloud / Spring Cloud Alibaba（Nacos / Sentinel / Seata）原理，具备源码级问题定位能力；
精通 PostgreSQL 或 MySQL，具备分区表、复杂 SQL、索引调优、数据建模能力；
精通 Redis，熟悉分布式锁、限流、延迟队列、缓存一致性方案；
精通 Kafka，熟悉 RocketMQ，具备高吞吐场景下的消息可靠性设计与问题排查经验；
具备金融级 / 交易类系统开发经验，熟悉幂等、对账、分布式事务（Seata）、*终一致性方案；
熟悉 Docker / Kubernetes，有任务编排或算力调度相关实践者优先；
具备良好的系统设计能力，熟悉常用设计模式与分布式系统设计原则（CAP / BASE）；
精通常用数据结构与算法，具备在海量数据、高并发场景下的算法选型与复杂度分析能力，能独立攻克交易撮合、对账核算等复杂业务的性能瓶颈；
拥有主导的开源项目，或在主流开源社区（Apache / Spring / CNCF / GitHub 高星项目等）有持续代码贡献者优先；
具备强烈的 Owner 意识与自驱力，能主动识别技术风险、推动跨团队协作落地，对所负责模块从需求设计、开发交付到线上运营全生命周期负责，并承担质量与稳定性的*终结果；
沟通协作能力强，能独立推动技术方案落地并指导他人。
