岗位职责：
1、负责制定医疗信息化产品需求计划，进行可行性分析和医疗信息化产品设计，制作需求说明书；
2、负责医疗信息化产品功能、流程及用户体验设计，制作产品原型，推动产品持续优化等工作，提供综合产品设计方案；
3、制定产品相关业务规范，整理、完善产品文档，业务流程及相关内容；
4、协调部门间的沟通，落实产品项目实施及推广；
5、负责日常业务数据分析，对数据进一步加工及挖掘，反馈数据指标间关联信息，辅助业务决策计划实施。
要求：
1、具有强烈的责任心和进取心，具备良好的团队合作精神，积极主动，能承受较大的工作压力；
2、5年及以上医疗信息化产品工作经验、对医疗信息化产品的运营有深刻理解，特别是对HIS、电子病历及医疗健康类软件产品有深入认识和了解，有过成功大型集成运营产品经验者优先；
3、熟悉产品实施过程，包括需求分析、产品功能设计、业务流程设计、UI设计、用户研究和可用性测试等；
4、具有较强的沟通能力、逻辑能力和产品设计能力，对数据敏感，具备较强分析加工能力；
5、熟悉医疗信息化产品，熟悉PRD文档编写，熟练使用产品设计类软件，对技术研发环节有了解者优先；
6、较强的用户需求判断、引导、控制能力。有很好的合作能力，善于合作协调沟通。思维敏捷，具有非常好的书面和口头表达能力；
7、熟练使用Auxre、思维导图、PowerPoint等工具。
