拆解公司销售目标至外包团队，跟踪进度，定期向管理层汇报真实贡献与风险。
任职要求
1.5年以上品牌方或代运营公司电商运营经验，有京东或淘宝/天猫全链路操盘经历。
2.能分辨数据真伪，熟悉代运营常见“挖坑行为”，具备反制能力。
3.精通京东/淘宝搜索逻辑、付费推广工具、活动节奏，能通过后台数据反推乙方操作是否专业。
4.结果导向，敢于对外包团队提出质疑并给出依据。
