【岗位职责：】
1、根据生产计划，现场，研发需求发出询价后制定采购订单
2、领导团队执行采购策略，负责物料（钣金机加、标准件、电气元件等）的下单、跟单、催货工作。
3、与供应商保持日常沟通，跟踪采购订单的交期、质量和数量，确保物料按时到货。
4、处理来料异常问题，与质量部门和供应商协调解决退货、换货和索赔事宜。
5、负责供应链团队（采购员、仓管员等）的日常管理工作，包括任务分配、工作指导与绩效评估
6、管理仓库日常运作，确保仓储环境的合规、安全与高效
【任职资格：】
1、大专及以上学历，有驾照者优先。
2、5年以上相关工作经验，有标准件采购经验优先（气动件，电气件，机械标准件），熟练操作办公软件（如Excel、Word等）。
3、具备较强的沟通能力与服务意识，能够与供应商及内部团队高效协作。
4、具备较强的抗压能力，能够适应快节奏工作环境。
5、有江浙沪一带供应商资源优先。
