岗位职责：
1.设备维护与维修：负责设备的日常点检、维护和保养工作，及时响应并解决设备故障，确保机器稳定运行，建立设备维护档案，记录维护和维修情况
2.现场技术支持：快速响应现场机台问题，及时处理故障，管理现场备件及损件，确保维修物资充足，配合生产小组完成现场物资核算
3.客户服务：及时解决客户微信群反馈的问题并回复，处理客户现场设备问题，提升客户满意度，建立客户设备运行情况跟踪机制
4.设备更新与优化：负责设备更新和优化工作，配合研发部门验证新模块，参与研发组优化事项，提供现场反馈
5.现场部署支持：根据销售计划，支持设备的现场部署工作，完成大客户现场（≥8台机）半全交接工作，完成中小型客户现场（<8台机）全交接工作
6.跨部门协作：配合销售组项目经理工作，及时统计并反馈现场问题，配合研发部门进行技术验证
7.培训与能力提升：组织对现场机修及车间相关人员的培训，制定内部培训计划并组织实施，持续学习新技术，提升专业技能
8.团队管理：建立区域划分制度，制定内部竞争机制及激励措施，管理团队绩效，提升工作效率。

任职要求
1.大专及以上学历，机械、电子、自动化等相关专业
2.3年以上技术支持或设备维护经验
3.熟悉机械设备原理和维修技术
4.具备良好的沟通能力和服务意识
5.能适应出差，工作认真负责，具备团队合作精神
