1. Lead product process development projects four dip-coating (VIANT)-platform excute related technical work in the laboratory Ensure product transfer to our production sites customer lines
2. Execute lab experimentations at high level of quality consistency
3. Ensure EHS QM compliance standards in the laboratory
4. Support local regional sales, marketing technical teams with expertise active lab support
5. Act as the regional counterpart to Global VIANT Technology Platform developers in Europe actively participate in global R&D-meetings exchanges
6. Identify, implement, promote support the development of new technological capabilities
7. Coordinate initiate continuous know-how transfer within between the global VIANT-technology team ensure sustainable knowledge retention in the development area of dip-coating (VIANT)
8. Proactively analyze technical trends Megatrends in APAC act on the potential impact on our team
9. Promote regular exchanges with regional technical leaders support/consult with all aspects related to VIANT
10. Act as the single point of contact fVIANT frespective regional stakeholders (e.g. Sales, business, production)
11. Ensure global harmonization standardization of processes products fVIANT-lab
Education & Professional Skills：
1. Majin chemistry, chemical engineering coating/paint technology, with a master degree above
2. Professional experience in development of chemical products expertise in the field ofganic/polymeric coatings, paints, surface treatment of surfaces, especially metal. Experience in working in a global company is an advantage
3. Demonstrate project leadership experience in the R&D environment ideally have already gained professional experience in the Asian cultural area are willing to work locally in Shanghai fa period of more than 4-5 years
4. Using common project management tools live an open intercultural way of working thinking
5. Have a distinct ability to work in a team within a multifunctional team of a global matrixganization
6. Business fluent in written spoken English Chinese. German language skills are an advantage
