- 设计和实施ML生命周期管理流程，使用工具如MLflow、Kubeflow进行模型训练、微调和部署全链路开发
- 构建先进的CI/CD管道，确保ML系统能够处理海量预测请求，并集成基础设施即代码工具（如Terraform/CloudFormation）自动化管理
- 与团队合作优化ML系统性能，针对医疗数据场景（如患者数据处理）解决扩展性和可靠性问题
2. 生产环境落地与维护
- 构建可扩展的ML生产环境，支持医疗保健信息化系统的集成，利用机器学习算法提升系统效率
- 设计监控和可解释性模块，确保ML决策过程符合行业规范，支持二次校验和合规性

【任职要求】
1. 核心能力
- 7年以上相关经验，熟练掌握Kubernetes、Terraform/CloudFormation等工具，用于ML基础设施的部署和大规模训练
- 有ML生命周期管理工具（如MLflow、Kubeflow）的相关经验，熟悉CI/CD管道和分布式系统
- 有扎实的数学基础（概率统计、优化理论）的相关经验，能够优化ML模型的训练过程
2. 行业知识
- 有医疗保健或相关领域的基础了解，如基本的信息化系统（HIS、EMR）
- 熟悉数据交换标准，如HL7或FHIR的基本概念
3. 具备比较流利英语听、说能力，能熟练运用翻译软件进行英语读、写。
