岗位职责：
1.依据相关法律，法规组织建立健全公司安全生产责任制，以及环保，安全，职业健康、危化品各项规章制度；
2.督促落实重大隐患的安全管理措施；
3.组织制定公司各类安全应急预案，并实施相关演练；
4.定期组织安全生产全面检查及安全生产管理会议，及时发现安全生产隐患，提出改进安全生产管理的建议，督促安全生产改善措施的落地执行；
5.制止和纠正违章指挥，强令冒险作业，违反操作规程的行为；
6.负责安全生产标准化管理体系、双重预防机制等的策划与完善，以及内外部审核的组织实施；
7.负责EHS各项法律法规的收集解读及宣传贯彻，组织制定并实施EHS相关教育和培训；
8.负责厂区安保人员、消控室值班人员的日常管理与监督，确保安保、消控室值班人员值班运行正常；
9.负责新改扩厂房三同时建立与验收工作；
10.负责厂区消防设施维护保养，监督维保单位定期维护保养；
11.负责厂区废水、废气处理设施的运行与维护，监督废水运维单位定期维护保养；
12.负责厂区废水在线监测设施正常运行，监督废水在线监测设施正常运行与维护保养；
13.负责厂区虫控设施正常运行，配合QA部门对虫控设施定期检查、记录等；
14.负责厂区固废（危险废物、一般固废）的日常出入库、定期申报、转移等工作；
15.负责厂区电梯的设施维护保养，监督维保单位定期维护保养；
16.负责厂区特种设备（压力容器、压力管道等）的全流程管理（新购设备的申报、到期设备的年检、设备的报废等）；
17.负责劳保用品的申请、领用及发放；
18.完成部门领导安排的其它工作。
任职要求：
1. 本科及以上学历，安全工程、环境工程、化工等专业优先；
2. 6年以上生物制药企业相关EHS管理工作经验。
3. 熟悉国家相关安全生产法律法规及行业法规，具备良好的沟通协调能力和应急处理能力，责任心强。
4. 必须持有注册安全工程师证（其它、化工）
5. 必须参加线下面试，只能线上面试者勿投。
