一、岗位职责：

2.资金管控：优化资金使用效率，平衡生产备货与销售回款周期，保障供应链稳定及新客户账期安全；
3.成本精益化：深度分析原料采购、冷链物流、生产损耗等核心成本项，推动降本增效，提升毛利率；
4.业财融合：协同销售团队制定渠道定价策略，建立客户订单收益模型，支撑大客户投标决策；
5.通过税务筹划、财政补贴及税收优惠申请等方式，优化现金流，降低税负。
二、任职要求：
1.8年以上财务经验，3年以上食品/预制菜财务管理经验，CPA或同等资质优先；
2.精通生产型企业的成本管控，擅长从业务场景（如库存周转率、账期谈判）提炼财务策略；
3.具备ERP系统落地经验，能打通生产数据与财务核算，支撑柔性生产决策；
4.强数据敏感度，务实抗压，目标导向，适应创业节奏。
