岗位职责：
1、参与质量管理体系建设，协助制定、修订公司质量管理制度、标准操作流程（SOP）及质量控制规范。
2、参与建立并维护食品安全管理体系（ISO 22000、HACCP、FSSC 22000等），确保体系有效运行。
3、定期对生产环节、仓储环境及工艺流程等实施质量稽查，识别风险点并提出改进措施。监督关键控制点（CCP）的执行情况，确保符合食品安全标准。
4、负责产品标签的合规性审核，跟踪国内外标签法规更新，及时调整内部审核标准。
5、参与客户投诉和制程异常的调查、分析与根本原因追溯，制定纠正预防措施，推动跨部门改进项目落地。
6、质量数据收集、整理，分析趋势，制定质量提升行动计划，推动、跟进实施。
7、组织内部质量意识与操作规范培训，提升全员质量素养。
任职要求：
1、大专及以上学历
2、食品科学、质量与安全、生物工程相关专业
3、三年以上冷藏膳食、航空食品或速冻食品行业品质管理工作经验
4、熟悉食品相关法律、法规、标准，有食品安全体系搭建经验
5、熟练运用质量工具进行客诉和异常分析与改进
6、有良好的沟通协调能力和抗压能力
