工作内容：
1、以AI智能体驱动产品全流程，协同团队完成从需求分析到技术落地，负责商户数字化运营产品核心业务系统的设计与开发，包括公域运营、私域运营、线上店铺等模块
2、参与系统架构优化，保障高并发、高可用、高扩展性的系统架构设计
3、与产品、前端团队及AI智能体协同，完成需求分析、技术方案设计及上线交付
4、持续优化系统性能，解决生产环境问题，提升系统稳定性
5、编写高质量、可维护的代码，推动代码评审和技术规范落地
6、参与微服务架构演进，负责服务拆分、接口设计及中间件选型
资格条件：
1、计算机相关专业本科及以上学历，3年以上Java后端开发经验。
2、熟练使用*新的AI IDE开发工具和常用研发智能体，有扎实的Java基础，熟练掌握Spring Boot/Spring Cloud生态，有实际的微服务项目经验，掌握分布式缓存、限流、熔断、降级等常用高可用技术方案。
3、精通MySQL数据库，具备优秀的SQL编写和调优能力，熟悉分库分表方案，熟悉主流中间件（Redis、RocketMQ/Kafka/RabbitMQ）的使用和原理。
4、有SaaS、电商、支付、金融或商户平台相关项目经验优先，理解多租户架构设计、权限控制、数据隔离等SaaS核心概念
5、熟悉Linux常用命令，能独立排查和解决线上问题，熟练使用Git、Maven等开发工具。
6、具备快速学习新知识、新技能的能力，能够不断关注行业动态和技术发展趋势，有同AI协作研发的意识，具备较强的逻辑思维、沟通协作能力和责任心
