4. 参与数据库设计、接口联调与性能优化；持续优化业务代码与AI应用的可维护性。
5. 编写和维护技术文档与接口文档，遵循团队规范，配合测试上线与需求评审。
任职要求：
1. 精通Python，具备扎实的后端开发能力，能独立完成模块的设计与开发。
2. 熟悉主流后端框架，如Python的FastAPI/Flask/Django。
3. 熟练使用MySQL及SQL优化，熟悉Redis等缓存与消息队列；熟悉RESTful接口设计。
4. 具备实际的大模型（LLM）应用开发经验：能熟练对接主流大模型API（OpenAI / 通义 / DeepSeek等），理解并使用过function/tool calling、prompt工程、上下文管理。
5. 有RAG落地经验，了解文档切分、向量检索、rerank等环节；使用过至少一个Agent相关框架（LangChain / LangGraph / LlamaIndex / AutoGen等）。
6. 熟悉Linux常用命令与Docker容器化部署；熟悉Git及CI/CD协作流程。
7. 具备良好的逻辑分析与问题排查能力，对AI方向有持续学习热情，能与业务/领域专家协作把需求转化为清晰的Agent行为。
