岗位职责：
1、从项目开发到发布，包括设计、实施、单元测试等，都能主动积极的完成给予的任务；
2、分析项目需求，能给出良好的解决方案，并协助其他人员完成开发及调试工作；
3、持续关注新的技术，从其中选择适合我们的技术并应用其改进我们的产品；
4、擅长系统分析与设计、代码重构，有大型项目基础及应用架构设计经验；
5、维护现有产品和修复问题。
任职资格：
1、本科及以上学历，计算机相关专业，5年以上Java开发工作经验； 2、熟悉Spring Boot、Spring MVC、Spring Cloud、Mybatis等主流java框架或技术；
3、对数据库的基本理论和内部实现机制有深刻的理解，能够熟练应用MySQL/Oracle/MongoDB/HBase或其它主流数据系统，有实际大数据量的数据库设计经验;
4、熟悉分布式、缓存、消息、搜索等机制，熟悉Kafka、Redis、Zookeeper、Elasticsearch等使用和原理；
5、良好的逻辑思维能力，熟悉业务抽象和数据模型设计，具有很强的分析问题和解决问题的能力，对解决具有挑战性问题充满激情；
6、善于交流，有良好的团队合作精神和协调沟通能力，有与前端、测试等多方密切配合的经验和意识。
