4、深入理解JVM调优，掌握JVM参数配置，能解决生产环境的JVM性能问题；
5、熟练使用关系型数据库，优化数据库性能，掌握非关系型数据库，了解其适用场景，能结合业务进行技术选型；
6、了解Jenkins持续集成/持续部署流程，能进行项目构建和项目部署；
7、具备基本的问题排查能力，能通过日志、调试工具定位开发和测试过程中的后端问题，具备独立解决常规技术问题的能力；
8、掌握JDK8/JDK11/JDK17核心特性，能在项目中落地使用。
岗位职责：
1、参与后端业务需求分析，配合产品、架构师梳理业务逻辑，完成Java后端模块的编码、测试与联调，保证功能按需求落地；
2、设计并实现数据库表结构，编写优化SQL、存储过程，完成数据层与业务层的对接；
3、与前端工程师协作完成接口联调，提供符合RESTful规范的接口服务，处理接口调用中的异常与兼容问题；
4、维护现有Java项目，处理线上简单的技术问题，完成项目迭代中的功能升级与bug修复；
5、参与技术选型与技术预研，引入适合业务的 Java 生态新技术，推动团队技术栈升级和开发效率提升；
6、编写简单的技术开发文档，包括接口文档、模块设计文档，便于团队协作与后续维护。
