岗位职责：
1、根据研发任务完成软件系统的开发及交付；
2、参与项目需求及界面设计方案的沟通和讨论并协助完善方案；
3、协助需求开发人员进行功能分析及模块拆分；
4、根据需求规格说明文档完成数据库设计；
5、协助系统测试及项目实施。
任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业有限，本科及以上学历，2年以上Java开发和设计经验；
2、有较强的责任心并具有- -定的抗压能力，具备良好的团队合作精神，较强的沟通协调能力；
3、了解分布式系统原理、缓存技术、中间件等技术；
4、熟悉面向对象和设计模式，精通Java语言，熟悉主流开源应用框架，如Spring、 MyBatis、 springboot、 Maven、 git等开发技术及工具；
5、熟悉国产数据库如达梦、人大金仓、熟悉主流数据库MySQL、Oracle等，熟悉Redis等非关系型数据库；
6、熟悉分布式、多线程、高并发及高可用、设计、编码和调优，熟悉常用的网络通信协议原理；
7、JAVA基础扎实，理解NIO多线程等基础框架，对JVM有调优经验，熟悉java设计模式，深刻理解分布式系统原理；
8、熟悉springboot, 熟悉springcloud等微服务架构。
9、具备Python和shell脚本开发经验；
10、熟悉Liunx操作系统，并能在Linux操作系统上发布项目
