职位描述
岗位职责：

The position belongs to the process develoment team report to the R&D Process Manager. 本职位隶属于工艺研发团队，将向研发工艺经理汇报工作
-Promote be leader of activities aimed at improving the existing production processes to meet the requirements of the new products materials developed.
推动并成为改善现有生产工艺活动的*，以满足新产品和材料开发
- Follow the introduction of new processes equipment inder to get the necessary know-how to make them working in a proper condition fQuality Production.
为获得必要的专业知识，将遵从新的过程和设备的引导，使他们在一个适当的条件下为质量和生产工作
- Analyse the processes to identify the areas of improvement, Propose design solutions, follow their implementation ensure the delivery of the results.
对工艺进行分析确定需要提高之处、提出并设计解决方案，跟进实施并确保结果的输出
- Use a variety of tools resources to carry out tasks, ranging from simple modeling algorithms to theganisation conduction of tests in the shopfloor.
使用大量的工具和资源开展实施工作,从简单的建模算法到组织和在车间的测试
- Prepare periodical technical reports with the results they achieved.
结合取得的成果，定期准备技术报告
- Understhow the processes are designed measure their performances either from quality capacity side.
了解过程工艺如何被设计，并从质量或能力角度评估绩效
- Work in close contact with quality, engineering production teams inder to reach common targets.
主要合作部门质量、工程和生产团队，以实现共同目标


任职要求：

- Above bacheldegree, Majored in relate to macromolecule speialty/rubber has process/quality improvement experiences.
本科及以上学历，高分子、橡胶等相关专业，有工艺/质量改善从业经验优先
-Able to apply the technical knowledge tools learned at the university.
能够熟练运用在大学学习的专业知识和工具
- Can design basic mechanical electronical solutions. Can draw simple mechanical parts.
可以设计基本的机械和电子解决方案，能画出简单的机械部件
- Basic understanding of programming, can use design softwares such as ProE Autocad
了解基本的编程、熟练使用设计软件：比如 ProE、Auto CAD
- Can speak English can communicate clearly.
良好英语基础，能进行工作交流
- Proactive in suggesting testing new solutions.
积极主动发现问题并提出解决方案
- Good teamwork communication skills.
