岗位职责：
1.负责后端Java系统的开发和维护，包括需求分析、架构设计、数据库设计和编码实现等工作，确保系统的稳定性和性能；

7.解决用户的反馈和问题，与客户进行沟通和协调，提供技术支持和解决方案，维护客户关系和用户满意度。
任职要求：
1、本科以上学历，1-3年Java开发经验；
2、熟悉Java及其主流设计架构、精通Spring、SpringCloud（或者Dubbo）、Hibernate（或者MyBatis）、Quartz；
3、熟悉常用的WebService（Restful）技术，熟悉xml、json等常用数据格式；
4、熟悉javascript,jquery、ajax、Vue，html、css等前台UI技术；
5、熟悉Oracle,MySQL等关系型数据中的一种或多种、精通SQL语言；
6、熟练使用idea、eclipse、maven、git、svn等常用开发工具；
7、具有良好的主动沟通、表达能力及文档书写能力；
8、能够承受工作压力、责任心强，具有良好的团队合作精神及独立解决问题的能力；
9、熟悉Linux操作系统，优先考虑；
10、有金融行业、财务软件开发经验优先考虑。
