1、负责承接需求分析人员规格，根据需求规格进行方案设计；
2、负责系统的整体架构设计及数据库结构设计；
3、指导开发人员关键技术实现及技术难题支持；

5、进行部分的核心程序实现及demo的设计；
6、负责IT部门日常运维系统的持续改进。

任职要求：
1、计算机相关专业本科以上学历，５年以上开发经验，２年以上系统设计或１年以上架构设计经验
2、具有良好的技术方案设计能力和设计方案文档编写能力，具有一定的培训能力及培训辅导经验
3、工作细致，具有良好的团队使用精神，高度的责任感，较强的适用，沟通，表达能力
4、精通J2EE技术，深入理解JVM基础概念，熟练掌握I/O多线程，API编程及熔断处理机制
5、熟悉Spring、Spring Boot和Spring Cloud体系(阅读过源码及扩展过源码或编写过框架者优先)
6、熟悉SVN、git、Maven
7、熟悉tomcat、undertow、nginx等开源中间件
8、至少熟悉一种消息中间件，如RabbitMQ、RocketMQ、Kafka
9、熟悉Redis、ES、ELK，并具备相关实战经验
10、熟悉Mysql、Oracle关系型数据库
11、熟悉ReactJs或VueJs技术
12、具备良好的编程习惯，熟悉mock技术，并能编写单元测试
13、具备容器化技术(Docker/k8s/Rancher)者优先
14、具有DevOps相关经验者优先
15、有大型微服务架构成功搭建经验者优先
