2. 需求转化与跨部门协同
作为团队的核心枢纽，将抽象的市场需求和安全合规要求转化为研发团队能理解的产品需求文档（PRD）。需要紧密协同算法、研发、设计、测试团队，确保产品按计划高质量交付，并解决开发过程中的卡点问题。
3. 市场策略与生态建设
负责产品的上市推广材料编写（如产品手册、白皮书、销售赋能PPT），并打造标杆案例。对于中高端岗位，还需要联合算法团队、云厂商及行业客户共建安全生态，推动产品在多个行业的规模化应用。
岗位要求：
1. 全日制本科及以上学历，计算机、信息安全、人工智能或相关理工科专业优先。5年以上的B2B企业级安全软件或SaaS产品经验。
2. 熟练掌握Axure、Xmind、Visio、PPT等工具，具备优秀的文档撰写能力和数据分析能力，能通过数据驱动产品迭代。
3.需要对网络安全、数据安全、应用安全或云安全有系统性理解。例如车联网方向需熟悉R155法规，AI安全方向需了解大模型提示词注入、越狱等攻击原理。
4.技术理解力：具备技术背景（如开发、安全研究员、售前工程师）者优先，能够与研发团队顺畅沟通技术实现方案。
5. 具备敏锐的市场洞察力，能捕捉市场机会并转化为产品策略。具备优秀的跨团队协作能力，能协调各方资源推动复杂项目落地，并在高层沟通中清晰传递产品价值。
加分项：持有CISSP/CISP等安全认证，或具备SASE、零信任、AI安全、车联网安全等垂直领域经验。
