本岗位聚焦于将前沿的生物信息学技术、统计学方法以及神经网络学习等深度融合，全面服务于水稻功能基因组学研究、分子标记辅助育种以及全基因组选择等项目的数据分析工作。主要承担高通量测序数据与育种大数据的深度挖掘和专业解读任务，积极参与智能育种模型的创新开发、持续优化以及高效应用实践，同时为育种科研团队提供专业的智能育种技术支持，助力育种效率的显著提升。
主要工作职责:
1. 水稻基因组测序分析：
1）基于重测序数据的变异检测
2）遗传图谱构建及QTL定位
3）BSA (Bulked Segregant Analysis) 分析
4）全基因组关联分析（GWAS）
5）基因单倍型分析
6）基于三代测序的基因组组装注释及比较基因组分析
2. 水稻多组学分析：
1）转录组分析
2）甲基化分析
3）蛋白组分析
4）代谢组分析
5）ATAC-Seq分析
6）宏基因组分析等
3. 水稻智能育种决策系统开发：
1）基因型、表型和环境数据核对清洗
2）田间对照实验设计及数据校正
3）融合多维数据开发产量等性状预测模型
4）探索AI在育种决策中的应用
学历、专业及资格要求:
1. 硕士研究生及以上学历（或有相当数据分析经验的本科生）；
2. 生物信息、大数据、数学与应用数学、电子信息或植物遗传育种等相关专业；
3. 具有1～2项与主要工作职责描述相关项目经验。
工作经验要求: 具有2年以上相关的项目经验
能力与素质要求：1）具有良好的学习能力；2）无障碍阅读领域内英文文献资料；3）熟悉Linux系统操作；4）掌握至少一门编程语言(Python优先)；5）热爱水稻育种，富有进取心、责任心。身心健康，有较强的团队合作意识。
