任职资格：
1.学历要求：本科及以上学历。
2.专业要求：计算机科学、电子信息工程、通信工程等相关专业。
3.工作经历：3年以上语音系统软件经验，1年以上语音SDK开发经验。
4.专业技能：
4.1熟练掌握 C++、Java等至少一种编程语言，有良好的编程习惯和代码规范。熟悉 Android、iOS等平台中的一种或多种开发，了解其系统架构和开发流程；
4.2熟悉语音交互系统的全链路技术架构，对链路各模块的特性有深入理解，有较强的架构设计能力；
4.3具有较强的分析和解决问题的能力，能够快速定位和解决语音 SDK 开发过程中的各种技术难题。
5.综合素质：具备良好的团队合作精神和沟通能力，能够与不同部门的人员进行有效的沟通和协作，共同完成项目任务。
