岗位职责：
1. 独立搭建并维护公司统一的，自动化部署平台（Docker + Jenkins + Nginx + 多数据库）。
2. 制定 Vue+SpringBoot 项目标准化部署规范、Docker 模板、上线流程。
3. 负责测试环境、生产环境的服务器、数据库、中间件搭建与维护。
4. 支撑高频项目交付，保障日均十余个项目快速部署、更新、回滚。
5. 负责 MySQL、Oracle、PostgreSQL、MongoDB、Redis 等数据库的日常运维，包括安装配置、权限管理、备份恢复、慢查询优化、故障排查。熟悉国产化数据库。
6. 集中管理并行运行的十余个线上项目，负责状态监控、日志排查、故障快速恢复。
7. 负责服务器安全加固、数据备份策略、灾备方案落地。
8. 编写运维文档，优化部署流程，降低交付成本，提升稳定性。
任职要求：
1. 大专及以上学历，计算机相关专业，2年以上运维 / DevOps 相关工作经验。
2. 熟练 Linux 系统管理，具备独立排查线上问题能力。
3. 精通 Docker、Docker Compose，有实际多项目容器化部署经验。
4. 熟练使用 Jenkins / GitLab CI 等，了解K8s。
5. 熟练掌握至少 3 种以上数据库运维，含 MySQL、Oracle 为必选项。
6. 熟练 Nginx 配置、多域名、HTTPS、反向代理。
7. 具备较强的问题定位能力，细心、负责、抗压，能应对高频交付场景。
8. 有大量定制化 Web 项目运维经验者优先。

有可能面临临时的紧急出差。
