3.熟悉TensorFlow等计算机视觉框架的至少一种开源深度学习框架；
4.优秀的编码与代码控制能力, 扎实的数据结构和算法功底，有图像算法性能优化经验者优先；
5.研究能力强，如在CVPR/ICCV/ECCV等国际顶级会议上发表过论文优先考虑。
